Shafqat Farooqi, M.D., FACC

Dr. Farooqi completed his cardiology fellowship at the West Virginia University College of Medicine and founded a private cardiology practice in Glendale, West Virginia. He lived and practiced cardiology in Glendale for 15 years. While in West Virginia, Dr. Farooqi had staff privileges at Reynolds Memorial Hospital and was the Director of the Coronary Care Committee and Director of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Dr. Farooqi is a clinical cardiologist with special interest in congestive heart failure, invasive and non-invasive cardiology.
