Heart disease
can be frightening and it may be difficult to remember everything the physician
tells you. It is helpful to write down questions prior to your visit so you
assure all your questions are answered. Bringing a pad and pencil
is also helpful to write down new information. We will provide you with an
instruction sheet for changes in medications or therapy routines and information
related to your specific condition.
